Refund Policy
Digital Products
Most of the products on this website are digitally downloadable products. In such cases, no physical product will be mailed or shipped. You will receive links to download Digital Files in the Thank You page of the Checkout, along with an emailed link. As these are downloadable items, all sales are final and are non-refundable.
Physical Products

We check and recheck before dispatching our products. You will receive the product in best condition. But if you find any damage or defect, please initiate your return in 48 hours with a reference picture/video and order number. Drop us a mail at surabhikuthiala@gmail.com. While returning / exchanging products, please ensure they’re in their original pack. We will arrange a reverse pickup in 4-5 working days from the date of request. Refund shall be made through the original payment mode within 7 business days. please note that if from any place we are unable to pick up the parcel, the customer is requested to send it back, the charges of courier may be reimbursed to the customer account.
